Black screen upon logging in.

If I relog I will get some partial map loading, but never see any of the NPCs.
I've restarted my PC.
I've ran as administrator.
I've typed #e and selected my screen is black with no change.

I'm annoyed. After 40 dollars in donations I hope somebody can figure this out for me.

I'm told windows 10 has had trouble running BU, but I haven't had trouble since I've started a couple months ago...

Any help will be appreciated...

I extracted my original .ZIP for BU, and it seemed to resolve this issue.
So if anybody else has this problem on windows 10 maybe give that a try.
