My updated wings i replaced these with old ones i made please comment what you think :)

it is good for your first attempt at wings.

i would recommend a darker boarder on them and a little work on the line art.

i would say check out the guides on pixelsource, they should help you alot with shading and texturing. :)

and don't save your pixel art as jpeg, best to use bitmap(bmp).
