Need help tweeking

Need help with this, While trying to do the outline of the jacket part , it just don't seem right to me.

Your colors have too high of saturation. Use darker colors. Your outlines should be fairly dark too.


Edit: Your pants are nicer, but lack some darker colors. My pants were just a quick-work.
