Somebody is asking for my account

Noowin is asking me to give my account to him, because he wonder why im 4rb.
I dont know what is his point but still he tries to scamm me.
If he would do that to others, then it would be a big troublesome for them.
asking for account on BU is not allowed right? is it in rules?
