Unable to login, client says updating map forever

Hi there, I read of someone having the same issue on this forum? I'm assuming my character is placed in a location on the map that is no longer available because I am able to login to my account, i made a new character and I'm also able to login to that character but I'm not able to login to my old character. My characters name is butrocker in game. If you could reset his location that would be awesome thanks!

this is most likely because I haven't logged into the game for a long time and the map is a location that no longer exists as mentioned. thanks!

I didn't realize the admins found out about your problem through the forums or I would have responded here earlier.
Your character's position has been fixed. Please let me know if you encounter any other isues, and I will be sure to help out.
