When ever I run the game all that comes up is a black screen with V28 at the bottom can anyone help me?

That happens with antivirus software, cause the BU client is suspicious (like most/all other EO clients). Just launch the MULTI-CLIENT.exe from inside the BU folder and it should be fine.
