not half assed straight and to the point not gonna get on here and promise a bunch of things to gain favor with the masses im no politician i simply believe that i can improve the experiences of new players when others would simply dismiss them my three reasons are straight up

2: You could better help people by not being an admin actually.

definitely not a prick my friend and no i wont show favortism with anybody i believe everybody should have a fair run i also believe i can help folks far more as admin or mod then as a regular player my main goal is to make new players feel welcomed other than feel like an outcast cuz they dont have gear or weps ive noticed a couple admins that seem to believe in the same new player wise but truthfully most admins ive observed have been rather unpleasant people

So you're gonna spawn items for new players?
 
As an admin you're not allowed to spawn things for players, kill monsters for players or yourself, give/take/exchange items with players, or even group with players usually (unless you're a certain admin, which you aren't). But as a non-admin, you can camp drops for/with players, give them items, give them money, help them train, etc.
But if you yourself are too weak a player and cannot do anything yourself, then you definitely should not be an admin until you at least learn the ropes of the game. Because admins can only offer advice as help really, and if you're unfamiliar with... everything, how will you help exactly?

We can agree that the majority of admins are not fit for their roles at least. The minority amongst the administration are the kind and helpful sort, which is a shame. While the rest will set their titles to 'Fuck with me & die' (many variations of such) which is probably the most idiotic, childish, and disrespectful attitude to show to new AND old players alike.

A bit more for your information would help the application doesn't look long enough, like what are good reasons just not all about yourself,  and how long have you played Bones Underground can you pixel or map and why you should be chosen over others questions like that? but anyways good luck.
