hello, i'm having trouble logging into game.  it keeping telling me in the bottom right corner update found patching maps. then after couple minutes I get a window popped up telling me kicked from server or server is down. is there anyway to fix it I have redownloaded the game 3 times now and I get same thing everytime.

also my when I select my character to login my guy is missing his weapon and armor. my character name on game is Xwhiteoutx

I've moved your character to the Guild House. Let me know if that helps.

my character is all good now. It was my Norton antivirus interfering for some reason it quarantined some of the gfx files calling them threats. now my Norton wont call them a threat no more I fixed it so it wouldn't

Ah yes, that is a fairly common issue with EGF files, as they are really just DLL files full of images. They look shady to Norton - But of course the files we distribute are perfectly safe and can be opened and viewed so as to ascertain their safety.
