Something I see much too often in admin applications is how people seem to focus on how they want to be an admin to help players. People can and do help people quite a lot without being an admin, so trying to get admin to do something many people already do without it is rather redundant. If you want to be an admin your best bet would be to touch up on your pixeling skills or mapping/coding, maybe even quest writing. Just being helpful to people alone I can guarantee WON'T get you admin.

Also the fact that as an admin your help with players has to be hands off, whereas a player can assist with farming drops, giving items, killing bosses, etc.
