please help i am having major problems with server

every time i walk it goes super slow and black bars appear on screen and its super annoying i am running off of windows 10 i tried the add ons but they did not work should i downgrade from windows 10? if so can anyone give me a link are anything and even when i download main eo client and try to run your server i.p it says client is not upgraded etc please any help will be appreciated i miss eo its been so long since i last played and i would love to enjoy it again
