here's my mermaid npc.. not sure about the trident but i thought she would be nice sitting in the water so that she looks submerged. i pictured her on some treasure but she works great on water. large tail and normal head gives the illusion of depth/perspective, like her tail is closer to you:


then here are a few more, ice queen with ice effect, countess, crazy cat lady (sammy scrollsa used to be a crazy cat guy.. maybe mad hatter? anyway, then there is sidwell jr/baby sidwell, snorkel spider and a greco roman guy.

lastly i made this as an inside joke. idk if u guys remember the madam esmeralda arcade style machines that say "fortune for a quarter? i love quarters, give me a quarter and i'll tell you your fortune." repeatedly. if u've ever been in a room with one for more than an hour you'd want to yank the plug.

thanks, the ice queen i forgot to mention- i did the hair and the crown and the stick she's holding.. the dress isn't all me though. i used the snowman that drops arctic jewel as inspiration. his lower half looked like a skirt and after looking at it for a few hours in a row i had to see what it would look like as a dress lol
