white screen

i have tried many times to download and play but all i get is a white screen. have ran in all compatible and as admin still no change i am running windows 10.

Hello tprayb,
Your antivirus program is blocking the client from loading graphics. You simply need to create an exception for "client.exe" in the folder called "Client Files."
Once you do this, your client will load normally.

Every time this issue has come up, its been the antivirus. Try reinstalling the BU Client and then checking to make sure the antivirus isn't messing with it/add needed exceptions before you start the client. It might be deleting .egf files or something, Norton is known for that.

I deleted my antivirus still no change

Same for me if i run in full screen on win 8.1,. But if i run in windowed mode  it runs fine.
